Communication with customers and 3PL Oversee daily operations of:Warehouse Oversee daily operations of the warehouse to ensure optimum occupancy and compliance to cold chain requirement Evaluate and improve operations using 6:sigma and kaizen concept Evaluate the financial performance of warehouse to ensure cost incurred is within the budget Provide solutions to issues (i.e cost escalation, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors) Set policies and processes for the operations with compliance with DQMP and HALAL standard Pursue targeted goals and objectives on new business growth potential East Malaysia Distribution Centers (Kota Kinabalu and Kuching) Oversee daily management of the 3rd party operators and operations team Evaluate and improve operations using 6:sigma and kaizen concept with collaboration with 3 PL operator Ensure the operations are running optimally within the budget Set policies and processes with 3PL operators for the operations with compliance with DQMP standard Manage transportationcost at theKota Kinabalu and Kuching Distribution Centre Manage the freight cost for the Kota Kinabalu and Kuching Distribution Centre Transportation Oversee daily transportation operations of the organization To ensure outbound transportation cost incurred is within the budget Managing daily routing process for 300 nation:wide stores Set policies and processes to manage the fleet of truck with compliance with DQMP and HALAL standard Managing the maintenance of the fleet of 38 trucks Pursue targeted growth for inbound freight revenue Freight Management Oversee daily operations freight arrangement for export market To ensure growth in revenue with cost containment strategy to preserve profitability Provide solutions to freight related issues with governance bodies Set policies and processes for freight to comply with SOLARS standard Pursue targeted growth for export market Field Service Oversee daily operations of the department to support McD on the setting up of new restaurants Direct ECOSIMA re:assessment of 300 nationwide storess storage capacity every 6 month:ly Collaborate with McD supply chain to derive the optimum delivery frequency for 300 nationwide stores (i.e re:evaluate the optimum delivery frequency) Financial Management Preparation of annual budget for all the departments Responsible on the country P and L; performance (control on budgets and optimize expenses) Business growth Participate in the design of long:term strategy for the organization and set goals for growth Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business Ensure the development of Importante empresa programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent Growing 3rd party business and increase revenue Customer Engagement Key account for McDonalds and 3rd party business Ensure the overall delivery and quality of organisations offerings to customers.
