Tai Chi/Qigong Instructor

Location: Peru, IN Position: Part-time Duties: Adapt Tai Chi/Qigong classes for individuals with complex medical conditions, including those using assistive devices.Arrive on time and ensure classes are well-organized.Keep records of the participants' progress and any important information.Work with people from various backgrounds, including those with health challenges.Follow guidelines and ensure a safe and supportive class environment.Requirements: Completion of a minimum of 150 hours of formal Tai Chi or Qigong Instructor education, including 50 hours of supervised instruction.Certification to provide Tai Chi or Qigong instruction, with a minimum of 30 hours of instruction.Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalency.Experience teaching Tai Chi or Qigong to vulnerable populations, including those with emotional and physical trauma.
