We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in recruiting for SaaS technology companies to join the team of one of our prestigious clients.. This person will be responsible for recruiting top-tier executive positions, such as Marketing Directors, IT Directors, and Finance Directors, and must be familiar with the specific industry language and jargon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive roles, particularly in Marketing, IT, and Finance in SaaS technology companies.
- Source and engage with senior-level candidates using various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, professional networks).
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to senior-level roles within the SaaS industry.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver quality candidates.
- Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for leadership roles.
- Stay updated on market trends and executive recruitment best practices.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the executive search.
- Act as a key point of contact from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Use ATS and CRM tools effectively to manage the candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English is mandatory (advanced-native level)
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Talent Acquisition, particularly for senior or executive-level positions.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition for SaaS technology companies is required.
- Prior experience working in a start-up environment is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of industry-specific terminology and needs for executive roles in Marketing, IT, Finance, etc.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Proficiency with ATS and other recruiting tools, and familiarity with SaaS and technology-specific recruiting channels.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
