Scorp Inc. is a fast-growing social media start-up based in Istanbul and San Francisco. We created a number of mobile applications, including the world's most genuine social network Scorp app.

With over 16M users worldwide, the Scorp app has successfully re-defined the social network in Turkey. Now, we are on a mission to redefine the social and entertainment scene with our newly launched Apps, which have already reached 100M+ users! We are looking for a Freelance Talent Acquisition Analyst. Our ideal candidate will have a high customer orientation, good communication skills, persuasiveness, results orientation and strong problem-solving skills.


This position will be responsible for expanding the customer base and building customer loyalty through excellent service, building customer loyalty, and exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications

- Graduated in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering or related careers with interest in the Social Media area.
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles
- Advanced English - Required (Please specify in the application)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Proactive and results oriented.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the head of recruitment to complete tasks and objectives on time, delivering excellent candidate profiles within a short period.
- Screen and assess candidates for various positions
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and screenings to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.

- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Draft candidate resumes and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Prepare and proofread job postings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment system.
- Shortlist and prepare candidates for submission to hiring managers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies that align with overall business objectives.
