Purpose of Role: We are in search of a motivated Talent Acquisition Operations Consultant to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence within our talent acquisition function.
As a Talent Acquisition Operations Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our global recruiting processes and systems. In partnership with our HR and TA leadership team, you will help ensure the efficient and effective use of our talent acquisition processes, systems, and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Enhancements:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements within talent acquisition.
- Vendor Management & Policies: Help streamline processes for managing our contingent workforce and agency engagement, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Organize and strengthen our vendor relationship management efforts, including selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, and cost/invoice management of various talent acquisition service providers to ensure performance metrics are met and value is maximized.
- Technology Enablement: Help support the optimization of our recruiting systems to improve candidate experience, streamline hiring processes, and ensure data integrity in partnership with the HR Technology team.
- Operational Excellence: Drive talent acquisition operational excellence by leveraging insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to hiring managers and recruiters on best practices, system usage, and process compliance.
Help document and create operating procedures to create a "one way of work" throughout the team globally.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition operations, preferably in a global organization.
- In-depth knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), with hands-on experience in system optimization and administration. Experience with Workday a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Must have fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, drive change, and produce tangible results in a complex, dynamic environment.
