Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and interviewing top talent to meet the company's hiring needs.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, and a passion for finding the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities: Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Sourcing and attracting talent: Utilize multiple channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, networking events) to attract and engage qualified candidates.
Interview coordination: Schedule and conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate assessment: Evaluate resumes, portfolios, and other application materials to identify qualified candidates.
Employer branding: Promote the company's culture and brand to attract high-quality candidates through job postings, social media, and external networking.
Candidate experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance rates).
Compliance: Ensure all recruiting practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
Preferred Skills: Experience in high-volume recruitment.
Knowledge of employer branding techniques.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
