Together, we're not just building software - we're shaping the future of AI-powered ELT operations.WHAT YOU BRINGTechnical Skills:4+ years of full stack development experience, with a focus on data-intensive applications.Proficiency in React and state management libraries like Redux.Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Typescript).Experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, CloudFormation).Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.Strong English communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.B2 level English or higher is required.WHAT YOU'LL DODesign and implement responsive user interfaces using React and Redux.Build new features for the REST API on top of a modern tech stack using Node.js written in Typescript, and deployed to AWS.Work with product management, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to implement new features and enhancements.Participate as a reviewer in our pull request review process, ensuring high code quality and providing valuable insights to your fellow team members.Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and low-latency across large datasets.FIRST 30 DAYS: GETTING STARTEDGet to know the team, set up your development environment, provision your AWS infrastructure, and get comfortable with our remote work routine.Dive into our tech stack, code, development workflow, and CI/CD systems.Make your first pull request and participate in the review of pull requests.FIRST 60 DAYS: BUILDING MOMENTUMTake ownership of a small feature or module and finish implementation.Collaborate with the QA team and your team lead to plan the deployment of a feature you worked on.Present your work in a demo session to QA and the product management team.Assist in the resolution of a client production issue or feature request.FIRST 90 DAYS: HITTING YOUR STRIDELead the development of a larger feature or service critical to the ELT application.Have a firm grasp on how the critical parts of the application work, and are able to troubleshoot reported defects without much assistance.Reflect on your contributions and onboarding, providing actionable feedback to the team on how they can improve their processes and workflows.Propose and implement optimizations to the application based on user feedback.Participate in roadmap discussions and cost estimation efforts to shape the direction of future development work.NoteCandidates selected for this position will be hired by Varicent's designated professional employer organization.
