Join us in shaping our future-and yours.What You Will DoThe ATR Team Lead is responsible for leading, managing and measuring the performance of end-to-end service delivery in the Account To Report (ATR) process areas for MRCs serviced. Involvement in management of day-to-day local site operations; and work closely with related stakeholders to ensure the financial statements of the MRCs are compliance, accurate and healthy:Manages the day-to-day operations of the department including work allocation, scheduling, establishment of timelines and other related activities.Develop and implement A2R policies and procedures and ensure compliance as administered in GS FINANCE-China.Ensures the preparation and distribution of timely and accurate operating/financial statements to both internal management and external users.
