Join us in shaping our future-and yours.What You Will DoKey Responsibilities:Support the team for all global activities including review and approval related to Financial Reporting, including preparation of financial statements, trial balances, and other close procedures.Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.Supervise PG24 and PG23 analysts with the preparation of monthly and quarterly closings and financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.Support senior analysts with comprehensive research and analysis.Study and recommend ways to automate or improve current financial reporting processes.Ensure monthly and quarterly closing are completed in a timely and accurate manner.Support in the review and approval of reports and applicable submissions.Oversee close status, coordination reporting for CFMs, creating financial reporting submissions and close packages in partnership with the Financial Reporting Team.Ensure that interfaces between systems are accurate and complete, focusing on source to target reconciliations and resolving with stakeholders IT and Master data issues.Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies.Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations as needed.Other tasks that may be delegated by the Senior Team Lead.Compliance:Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership.Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve "adequate" internal and external audit ratings.Qualifications:What We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications:A minimum of a bachelor's level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.At least 4 years of experience in Financial Reporting department.At least 1 year of Management / Supervisory experience is required.Experience in SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft Tools.Fluent English, other language skills desirable.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies.Be organized and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge preferable.What's In It For YouCompetitive Benefit Package.Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Flexible Ways of Working & More.Learning & Development Opportunities.Employee Resource Groups.Kenvue is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
