In this role you will:Locate in Hanoi city of Vietnam and major focus on CM factories management and technical support to sustain good quality and shipment from multiple CM factories.Possibly be in charge of Mice, Webcams, Video collaboration, and Mobility keyboard products.Have the opportunity to get training from experienced engineers from SuZhou Logitech.Work with R&D engineering and manufacturing teams to design and optimize manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement.Closely work with CM factories engineering team in Vietnam.Play an auditor role to sustain manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.Provide quick support and response for major quality crises and problem-solving.Prepare daily & weekly frequency reports to stakeholders.Involve in NPIs launch to support travel base process engineers.Key Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:Bachelor's degree with Mechanical or Electrical background.Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Vietnamese, English, and Chinese.More than 10 years of work experience in manufacturing engineering in the electronic industry.More than 5 years of experience in PCBA including SMT, Wave soldering, and multiple manual soldering.More than 5 years of experience in multiple assembly technologies, including Hot press, laser marking, ultrasonic welding, Label printing, and multiple glue applications.Good teamwork and communication skills.Across Logitech, we empower collaboration and foster play.
