Job Description: CRO SpecialistBig change: Norwegian based company is searching for their next CRO specialist. This position offers the flexibility to work part-time or full-time, with a hybrid work model allowing for work from home.A CRO specialist, or Conversion Rate Optimization specialist, is responsible for improving a website's or a digital platform's ability to convert visitors into customers or desired actions. Here is an overview of the typical tasks a CRO specialist may perform:Data Analysis: The CRO specialist uses tools such as Google Analytics, Heatmaps, and other analytical tools to understand how users interact with the website. This includes identifying bottlenecks in the conversion process and areas where users drop off.User Research: Conducts surveys and tests to gather insights from users. This can include user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.Hypothesis Testing: Develops hypotheses about what could improve the conversion rate. This can be based on data analysis, user insights, or best practices within the field.A/B Testing: Performs A/B tests to compare different versions of pages or elements on the website. Measures which version yields the best results in terms of conversions.Implementation of Changes: Works with developers and designers to implement changes based on test results and analyses. This can include adjustments in design, content, or functionality.Continuous Optimization: CRO is a continuous process.
