The team is fundamental in delivering best practice Human Capital performance and long-term strategy at our assets, as well as enabling Glencore's robust Human Capital plans.- This role represents a significant opportunity to work in a high-performance team while supporting world class operations and projects globally.**The Opportunity**Reporting to the Senior Manager Learning & Development this role will deliver our four Leadership and Development flagship courses to a variety of leaders within our assets.**In this role you will**:- Facilitate classroom and online workshops.- Support individual learners to what they've learned via one to one and group coaching.- Update existing materials and approaches to ensure content stays relevant.- Engage regions to support with tracking, monitoring and engaging the assets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with attendees, line managers and other stakeholders in the regions and sites.- Support and encourage individuals in the use of available online learning courses.- Evaluate and review feedback to identify areas of improvement.**Your training, skills & expertise checklist**:- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources and/or related disciplines.- Minimum 5 years' experience facilitating training at a manager level.- Deployment of large-scale training programs: more than 1,000 people.- Desirable: Professional training in group dynamics, learning preference and collaborations.- Effective facilitation techniques when delivering face to face workshops and training.- Experience and understanding of interactive learning using industry standard principles.- Ability to effectively present and engage audiences.- Ability to coach others, gaining rapport and blending challenges and support effectively.- Organized and result driven. Superior time management skills and ability to deal with ambiguity and reprioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities/requests.- Excellent interpersonal and interculture communication skills with a motivational and inspiring approach.- Frequent travel to regional sites and regional offices. 1-2 global trips required for alignment workshops.- Fluent both written and spoken in Spanish and English.Applications close: December 3rd
