We embrace diversity of perspectives and strive for an inclusive environment which benefits our employees, patients and communities.Quality Assurance Manager (AH):Export Countries:Description:Animal Health:Quality Assurance Manager is the owner and will create, establish and maintain the Quality Management System in the respective Animal Health OPUs (Operating Units) covering Export Countries (Middle East and Africa countries).**Responsibilities**:Create and maintain the region Quality Manual and SOPs Lead the Quality Management Reviews (QMR) process Ensure adequate CAPA plans are established and tracked for completion. Testing upon import and batch release as perlocal regulations LocalPharmaceutical Complaint Officer (LPCO). Coordinate and promptly perform any recall operations for Animal Health products. Owner of the LAC (Local Advisory Committee) ensuring proper escalation of major and critical Product/Quality Defects. Ensure that relevant customer complaints are handled effectively on timely manner Management of the quality activities of External Service Providers Management of local AH contract manufacturing operations Qualified auditor within the META (Middle East, Turkey and Africa) Quality Audit Unit performing Quality Audits to HP and AH GxP service providers Manage audits by Corporate or inspections by local Authorities in respect to GMP/GDP. Ensure that self:inspections are performed at appropriate regular intervals. Requirements:Solid experience in quality management (7:10 Years) Strong knowledge of international regulations/guidelines concerning GDP/GMP and Quality Assurance Experience within a Quality Assurance role in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, preferably within Sterile and Vaccines manufacturing Experience in performing Quality Audits Regional experience is preferable Arabic and/or French language skill is a plus Very good communication and inter:cultural skills Interdisciplinary thinking and open communication Excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, decision:making ability Handling complexity Managing conflict resolution Job:Quality/CompliancePrimary LocationOrganizationKit EmpleoKit EmpleoLima
