Ui/Ux Designer

We are seeking a creative and analytical UI/UX Designer to shape the user experience for a cutting-edge web-based healthcare platform.**Key Responsibilities**:- Translate complex healthcare processes into clear, understandable, and accessible user workflows.- Collaborate with product managers and developers to conceptualize and iterate on design solutions.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements.- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.- Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and comply with healthcare industry regulations.- Maintain a design system and ensure consistency across the entire platform.**Qualifications**:- Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.- Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.- Knowledge of front-end development practices and the ability to work closely with engineering teams.- Familiarity with healthcare IT and an understanding of the importance of HIPAA and FHIR standards in design.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team environment.- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.**About Blue Crown Technologies**:Founded by tech innovators with a vision for better healthcare, Blue Crown Technologies is redefining healthcare IT with solutions designed for the digital age.
