Usaid Procurement Agent (Lima-2023-042)

**DUTIES**:Serving as the Regional Executive Office's principal procurement professional and advisor, the incumbent performs procurement duties at the highest technical level within the Simplified Acquisition Threshold for both commodities and services. Jobholder is responsible for the Operational Expense (OE) and some program-related procurement activities for USAID/Peru, and for regional client missions, as needed. With supervision from the Deputy Executive Officer and/or designee, the incumbent leads the provision of procurement services on behalf of the Regional Executive Office to meet client requirements, fully complying with all relevant U.S. Government laws, regulations, policies and procedures, in coordination with the Regional Financial Management Office to ensure the availability of funds. Technical supervision is available if necessary, but the incumbent carries on day-to-day operations with administrative supervision only.**EXPERIENCE**:A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in acquisition or a closely related field is required.**EDUCATION**:Two years of post-secondary studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Accounting or Finance is required.**HOW TO APPLY**:**Salary**: S/.103,642.00 per yearApplication Deadline: 06/06/2023
