As the User Growth Lead, you will be instrumental in driving growth and enhancing our digital presence.Responsibilities:Design and execute go-to-market strategies that cover business development, partnerships, marketing, and community engagement to strengthen our digital footprint.Perform in-depth analyses of current project strategies to uncover growth opportunities using both qualitative and quantitative insights.Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to foster rapid growth.Maintain the integrity of growth initiatives by managing deliverables, resolving conflicts, setting priorities, and facilitating effective team communication.Stay updated on the latest trends in the cryptocurrency and metaverse sectors.Qualifications:Must have prior experience in the cryptocurrency industry.A minimum of 3 years in DeFi, blockchain, consulting, market research, or project management.Strong communication abilities with meticulous attention to detail.Capability to excel in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.Demonstrated leadership experience in fast-paced startup contexts.
