If you are bold and can be your authentic self, let's explore ways of shaping the future together.Reporting to: Head of Payment and WalletKey Tasks and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing all Wallet (eMoney) related services in Lazada, including creating acquisition and retention strategies for online and offline payment channels, managing daily payment operations, managing payment channels, and improving customer experience during the payment process.Collaborate closely with Regional and country payments teams to support payment strategy and optimize online payment performance in Lazada.Work with external strategic partners to build and expand business cases to grow Lazada's business and online payment penetration.Collaborate with Lazada's internal stakeholders such as eCommerce and payment product teams (cart, order, and payment page) to ensure optimization of customer experience and payment success rate.Partner with commercial categories, User Growth, and any relevant departments in Lazada for the growth of platform sellers and buyers.Lead and groom team members as a people manager.Job Requirements5+ years of experience in relevant sectors such as payment, banking, tech, eCommerce, management consulting, or corporate strategy, with experience in digital payments, product marketing, program management, or related functions.Graduate from a local or foreign university; an MBA or degree in Business or Marketing would be an advantage.Strong analytical skills, execution mindset, and great attention to detail.Ability to engage, influence, and align individuals of varying levels of seniority and tenure, both internally and externally.Comfortable working with both local and globally dispersed colleagues.Must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and using sound judgment in critical business decision-making.Founded in 2012, Lazada Group is the leading eCommerce platform in Southeast Asia.
