Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of an experienced VIP Senior Key Account Manager/ Director.In this role, you will:Understand the challenges and needs of VIP users, analyze competitors, and enhance platform services to foster user loyalty and satisfaction.Partner with product, operations, and regional teams to align resources and execute effective strategies for user growth.Enhance VIP user segmentation and lifecycle management systems through data analysis to achieve better business results.Utilize data-driven insights to craft tailored growth and retention strategies for various user segments, ensuring business objectives are met.You might thrive in this role if you have:Fluency in both Chinese and English, with 3-5 years of experience in VIP/key account sales and operations, including at least 1 year in VIP user management.Strong business acumen and skills in resource integration, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities across departments.A solid understanding of commercial strategies, logical analysis, and systematic planning; data-savvy with the ability to quickly identify market trends and evolving customer needs.
