We are The Global Media Platform.About this roleManage key accounts, strategic operations, and client service.Your ResponsibilitiesClient facing / service role.Communication bridge with the Customer Coordinator.Onboard our customers to our self-service buying platform or DSP.Be the lead point of contact for all client communication post-sale.EOCRs, One pager, Insights, meaningful presentations.Oversee post-sale process, including but not limited to incremental revenue generation and post campaign analysis.Analyze performance data to highlight key trends.ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Approvals: CXM will revise with SF guidelines to approve an opportunity.Campaign set up with CXC: De Brief, coordinate the launch of a campaign with client's main KPIs, clear objectives.External & Internal Communication: Lead conversations with clients regarding Operations.
How campaign is pacing, specific reporting's, meetings.EOCR Reports & Post Sales Insights: Lead with Sales manager expectations on where the client is going.
Type of reporting, post data analysis, data insights and an action to generate campaign upsell/revenue.Upsells: Make sure to identify new business opportunities that could lead to more revenue.Finance Conciliation: Responsible for making sure all finance folders are up to date and aligned with campaign consumption, IOs, final reports.Client communication: client strategic perspective on accounts.Teads' BenefitsHealth and Life InsuranceMeal VouchersWellness Day (Once every quarter, you can enjoy one day off to focus on yourself!
