Engineering Manager at BairesDev
Being an Engineering Manager in our Development Team is just like being a full-time problem solver.

What You Will Do:
1. Manage the projects human capital, including hiring, retaining, and firing. Compensation plans, motivation, etc.
2. Assist in the development and monitoring of metrics and KPIs for teams.
3. Make sure that team coordination and the development process are executed correctly.
4. Oversee all Scrum ceremonies and ensure their compliance.
5. Encourage a collaborative engineering culture according to the company's values.
Here's what we are looking for:
1. 10+ years of experience in Software Development related roles in a relevant company.
2. 5+ years of project management or similar experience.
3. Strong Project Management skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Advanced English Level.
