What you will do - Lead the design and development of complex, high-performance Python applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable.
- Mentor and guide junior and semi-senior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Make critical architectural decisions, contributing to the long-term strategic planning of software projects.
- Oversee and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high software quality standards and ensure adherence to best practices.
