The Role : Spareparts analyst Responsibilities : - Sales Tracking for Spare Parts : Monitor and analyze national spare parts sales results, identifyingimprovement opportunities and growth areas to enhance customersatisfaction.
- Pricing and Competitiveness Analysis : Evaluate andpropose pricing strategies based on market analysis, competition,and demand trends to ensure company competitiveness and providefair, accessible pricing for customers.
- Dealer RelationshipManagement : Provide detailed performance reports to dealersregarding their spare parts purchasing and sales,
ensuring theyhave the necessary information to optimize operations and deliverexceptional customer service.
- Commercial Reporting Development : Create and present regular reports on the commercial performance ofthe spare parts area, including sales analysis, stock levels, anddealer performance.
- Product Portfolio Optimization : Assess theperformance of various spare parts in the portfolio, recommendingadjustments based on demand, profitability, and product lifecycle.
- Spare Parts Marketing Campaigns : Develop scheduled marketingcampaigns for spare parts aimed at increasing dealer sales andpromoting the use of genuine Isuzu parts among end customers.
- Participation in Strategic Projects : Actively collaborate onstrategic projects within the department, focusing on optimizingcommercial processes, improving spare parts distribution, andenhancing customer satisfaction.
Additional Job DescriptionRequired Qualifications - Bachelor's degree completed in IndustrialEngineering, Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Engineering,Administration or other purposes.
- Knowledge and experience of theautomotive sector. - Experience in similar positions.
- Knowledgein Microsoft Office (Advanced).
- Microsoft Office Excel(Advanced). - Intermediate English. - Availability to work underthe hybrid model in our offices located in San Isidro, Perú.
