The Project: The Latin America region is home to some of the world's fastest growing economies, with large-scale investment in infrastructure set for the coming years.

Partners with clients exceeding their expectations and building strong professional relationships mindful of their cost, risk and service aspirations.Supervising and directing the delivery of all performance management within the account including all aspects of Digital Services.Overseeing technical standards and governance framework assurance.Growing the account through impeccable delivery of the contracted service providing a foundation for enhanced revenue contributing additional services.
You'll need to have: Significant experience of effective PMO and project controls leadership on significant/landmark PMO projects.Significant experience of leading the effective deployment of robust global PMO Project controls strategies/frameworks and integrated project controls methodologies.
Expert knowledge of risk tools, techniques and software (e.g., MS office and Power BI, Aconex, Primavera P6 and RiskHive, @risk, Primavera Risk Analyser).Ability to manage activities with significant uncertainty or ambiguity providing effective consultancy to clients and other key stakeholders to drive effective outcome/s.Practical application and understanding of the opportunities related to data analytics and intelligent reporting, Power BI and other reporting suite tools.Strong business development skills and commercial awareness/acumen (e.g.
cross selling Mace services into client organisations).Strong understanding of construction and related industry, trends, innovation and associated threats and opportunities.Deep domain knowledge of providing PMO and project controls leadership in collaboration with external bodies, professional institutions and peers.Experience of working client side as well as consultancy.
