Business Process Specialist : Services And Supply

JOB DESCRIPTION:For our European Distribution Center, we are recruiting a Business Process Specialist to be based in Machelen, Belgium. The Business Process Specialist defines, implements and supports globally standardized Customer Service and European Distribution Center related Supply Chain processes through Project management, Change management and Lean thinking. Role and Responsibilities:Setup of project planning, close follow:up on identified actions and implementation (Global) Coordination of a cross:functional project team Set up regular checkpoints with management to report on progress and align on direction of the project Risk assessment and Solution management Create operational efficiencies through automation (for master data management, transactional processing and reporting) and guarantee integration of new business requirements into ERP, MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and other systems. Ensure a smooth implementation of the project deliverables into the business through change management and follow up on adoption success rate through identified reporting/KPI Develop and maintain training material for local and central use. Organize process and SAP training for end:users within supported departments. Periodical country visits to Abbott affiliates assisting in training, process
