Position OverviewWe are looking to hire 1 college junior or senior intern to assist the investment team in New York.
This person will be required to work onsite in our Midtown Manhattan office 2-3 days per week during the school year.
There is also potential to continue on for the summer for a full-time internship position.Responsibilities Portfolio analysis and due diligence of private equity fund investmentsMonitoring investment performancePreparing performance reports and updates for investorsConducting industry research and studiesOther ad-hoc projects, as needed Basic Qualifications Located in the New York City metropolitan areaCurrent undergraduate student in business, finance, or economics with a minimum overall GPA of 3.50Understanding of financial concepts and calculationsStrong interest in private equityExcellent communication skillsGood PC and MS Office skills, MS Excel experience required Preferred Qualifications Strong discipline and attention to detailAbility to work with large amounts of quantitative data within time constraintsWillingness to learn and tackle new conceptsMaturity and ability to conduct oneself with little supervision Compensation Schroders offers a salary of $32/hour for 20 hours per week for this position.The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting.
