Job Description: Our client is a Canadian marketing services company providing communications, promotions, and digital marketing services to the health and pharma industry. They are looking for their Account Director. Reporting to the President, this person will be responsible for account direction and sales to assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales to assigned accounts of our client's multi-channel products and services.
Initiate and assist in the development of new multi-channel Communications Programs, particularly with a digital focus.
Assist other Account Directors in the development and sales of all client services.
Coverage of all appropriate people in assigned accounts.
Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the Company offers to their business issues.
Adhere to and implement the Company's Marketing and Sales initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities utilizing the Sage CRM system to maximize sales potential.
Accurate reporting of expenses on a monthly basis.
Travel when required.
Attend industry events such as the OPMA, PMCQ, etc. as appropriate.
Achieve and maintain sales levels that are reasonable in view of the sales potential of the assigned client group.
Participate in the development of new direct mail products.
Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical skills to ensure all facets of a project are covered, as well as to ensure all possible sales opportunities are recognized and addressed.
