Let's make history together? We areseeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead our growth anddiversification efforts in Peru.
This role demands a solidbackground in the financial, payments, e-commerce and techindustries, with hands-on experience working within project groupsin these sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth marketknowledge, excellent relationship management skills, and astrategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities : - Manage and fosterrelationships with merchants, partners, suppliers, and the localecosystem. - Achieve profit targets by segment for new sales andupgrades, mainly by guaranteeing that the Company has a solid setof partners with competitive cost and high level of performance.
- Develop and lead promotional initiatives leveraging local paymentmethods. - Devise and execute activation strategies to decreasegross profit concentration at the country level.
- Expand themerchant base, forge partnerships, and explore new businesschannels. - Represent EBANX at regional events and develop localpartnerships with acquirers, banks, government agencies, andshareholders.
- Ensure contingency plans are in place to addressany potential market challenges. - Act as the primary point ofcontact for internal and external stakeholders, handlingescalations as needed.
Mandatory Qualifications : - Native Spanishand fluent in English - Strong background in the financial,payment, e-commerce, or tech industries.
- Experience working inproject groups within the financial / payments sector. -Comprehensive knowledge of market intelligence and accountmanagement in complex environments.
- Experience working withpayment processing or acquirer systems. - Candidates should be opento an on-site work culture, initially from a co-working space, withthe potential for a dedicated office as the team grows.
