We are looking for a Freelance Customer Service & Content Creation (Portuguese Language) Our ideal candidate will have a high customer orientation, good communication skills, persuasiveness,
results orientation and strong problem-solving skills.
This position will be responsible for expanding the customer base and building customer loyalty through excellent service, building customer loyalty, and exceeding customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service - Desirable
- Proficiency in communication and collaboration
- Ability to create engaging content for social media
- Strong command of applications like TikTok, Ig, etc
- Adeptness in multitasking
- Advanced Portuguese - Required (please specify in the application)
Responsibilities
- Resolving customer issues with a positive and proactive approach.
- Respond quickly and accurately to a high volume of requests from our customers
- Updating the checklist on a weekly basis
- Create, plan and publish content aligned with marketing strategy and audience interests.
- Monitor performance of publications and analyze metrics to adjust and improve campaigns.
- Demonstrating creativity in templates.
