On our LATAM development scheme, you'll get hands-on experience working on amazing projects alongside international industry-leading professionals.Project: Over the course of the 12-month structured development scheme, you will contribute to the delivery of transformational infrastructure across a variety of sectors which could include schools, healthcare, and flood defenses, amongst others.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Supporting the project management and project control functions in the delivery of major programmes.Developing your knowledge, skills and ability through in-role learning, structured training, mentorship, and guidance.Supporting the implementation of international best practices in project and programme management in Peru.Delivering allocated tasks on time and to high quality.Developing your knowledge of Mace as an organisation and contributing to our strategic priorities.Demonstrating Mace behaviours at all times.About YouAs this is an early career development scheme, you will have a degree qualification obtained no earlier than December 2022 or will be graduating before January 2024. Basic English skills are required; strong English and Spanish language skills are a significant advantage, and a willingness to learn is expected. Candidates will have a Peruvian DNI or Carné de Extranjería and be available to commence work in January 2024.You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and support strong, motivated teams.
