Responsible for monitoring and analyzing production and operational aspects of Partner Operated Assets.Provide relevant performance and production input to obligatory and regulatory reporting.Handle all operational and production issues, including project-related activities that impact operations and production.Support achievement of production goals through the management of downtime and operating efficiency.Track costs of Partner Operated Assets.Influence operators' management of lifting costs.Share accountability for building annual LRP for Malaysia BU.Develop strong working relationships.Maintain high safety, environmental, and ethics standards.Demonstrate multi-discipline team collaboration.Exhibit strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to draw and support conclusions.Possess a fundamental understanding and experience with economic analysis.Have a good understanding of oil and gas E&P contracts.Show organization and planning skills.Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills; be a strong team player with a high level of self-motivation.Utilize teamwork and influence skills to work effectively.Be sensitive toward living and working in a multi-cultural environment.Have a track record of delivering on goals.Job Specifications:Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field, with experience in operations and projects.At least 10 years of industry experience working for an oil and gas company.
