Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Oversees and accountable for all activities and performance of the marketing department.Creation of the marketing department's vision and ensuring those values are adopted among all marketing teams, resulting in the formation of the marketing department's working culture.Initiates and implements measurable strategies that aid in driving the business's revenue goals and increasing awareness at all levels of the business's reach: regional, national, or beyond.Partners closely with the research and development department for the creation of solid plans and strategies that will have a vast consumer outreach reflecting the targeting, segmentation, and value proposition development of the business.Works closely with the analytics department to measure the marketing program and campaign results, formulate solutions, and adjust these programs to reach aggressive targets and objectives promptly.Continuous development of the business's unique and compelling voice to build awareness, uniqueness, relevance, esteem, and reputation among target consumers, ensuring that the business brand is strong and consistent in all marketing strategies and tactics.Executes innovative stakeholder communication strategies to inform relevant parties about activities and accomplishments of the department and its programs.Compiles and presents reports on marketing program/campaign performance and the results conceived through collaboration with the analytics department and further analyses conducted by various marketing teams.Builds a highly efficient team of marketing professionals.Requirements:10+ years in high-growth environments.Demonstrated leadership skills, both in building teams and influencing company direction.Passionate about customer success and technologies that impact companies and their customers.Established track record in spearheading successful integrated product launches with measurable results.Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing products, competitors, and market dynamics.Ability to synthesize disparate data into a cohesive position and craft messaging that connects with a diverse audience of stakeholders including customers and executives.Demonstrated ability to dive into a product and become a champion, promoting features, use cases, and value propositions to customers.A hands-on, can-do attitude, and a drive for outcome-focused performance.Proven ability to analyze reports, dashboards, data, and other tools to make critical decisions and recommendations to help lead the company to achieve its objectives and goals.We are all different: one talent to another: that is how we rely on our differences.
