Job PurposeEnterprise Architect works with businesses to ensure correct solutions are align to Group Strategy initiative with end:state in mind and meets business KPIs, Operationals KPIs Regulatory and Security. This person will also focus to ensure solution design process follow the Enterprise Architecture Governance and best practicesKey ResponsibilitiesEAS Enterprise Architect Lead who will be responsible for overseeing, improving and upgrading enterprise services, software and hardware. He will take lead to collaborate with solution architects for each technology or business domain providing views, latest trends, technologies and drive thinking process to implement solutions that meets Group strategy.Serves as Enterprise Architect for defining enterprise portfolios roadmaps that meet specific business needsProvide architectural expertise on strategic planning actions and policy decision related to CIMB's system and make recommendation concerning the direction CIMB technology directionsPlay a critical role in translating business strategy into technical strategy and defines end to end architecture that support the strategyArticulates desired future state, understand the current state, identify gaps between the two states and develop approaches to close these gapsProviding business and solution architecture as well as systems processing guidance to the CIMB technical and project teamLead the solution discussion with CIMB technology team to meet business requirements. The discussion will lead to the following an outcome As:Is, To:Be, Gap Analysis, SWOTS, Charts, diagrams and tables that depict the present and proposed systems in terms of costs, benefits derived and tasks accomplishedPlay a critical role in translating business strategy into technical strategy and defines end to end architecture that support the strategySolution proposed or reviewed must have the outcome on efficiency, security, and support of the organizations goalsReview solutions before EA Governance approval process (GSRC) and ensure any changes of solution is updated into EA FrameworkContinuous reviews of the existing systems and recommend improvement or strategy which include technology refresh for CIMB Technology RoadmapMaintain, review, update and communicate EA Framework and Group IT Standard and GuidelinesContinuous stay abreast on latest trends, technologies and keep an eye out for any software, services or hardware that will improve the business process, revenue and operations costsMaintain, review, update and communicate EA Framework and Group IT Standard and GuidelinesWork closely with Programme and portfolios, IT Service Management, Group Governance to ensure the current EA is current and alignedTo drive the adoption of CIMB EA Framework across the region and ensure artifacts are regularly updated and currentPerform other duties as assignedJob Specification ***Qualifications**:(Basic Degree/Diploma etc.)Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirementsTOGAF, Archimate architectural modeling techniques.Cloud Certification such as Oracle, AWS, MicrosoftRelevant Work ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of architecture, solution design and implementation experience in IT, with a deep knowledge in a minimum of ten years of Cloud Technology Architecture Domain.Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments.Required Competencies and Skills *Competencies/Skills(Essential to succeed in this job)Soft SkillsSkill in analysis and interpretation of large, complex IT/Technology products and servicesSkill in influencing, negotiation, mediation and problem resolutionAbility to direct and organise program activitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to manage multiple competing priorities under pressureAbility to communicate effectivel
