Lead the Onco team members and other cross-functional teams to deliver a superior patient experience, exceed expectations of key customers and become a trusted partner for external stakeholders in Oncology (HCP, Scientific societies, Patient Organisations).Ensure responsible sales and marketing strategies are deployed within the assigned market, taking into account local patient, payer, and healthcare professional needs.
Collaborate with the PVA team to guide the launch and administration of targeted patient programs including patient advocacy.
Contribute to the development and deployment of successful access, reimbursement, and pricing strategies to optimize value for products as recognized by payers, patients, pharmacists, and physicians.
Partner with and guide assigned medical teams to ensure coordinated medical affairs plan and execution.Deliver upon performance goals articulated in the annual budget planning process, including revenue and expense achievement.
Own P&L responsibility for his/her BU, ensuring achievement of key financial targets.
Support, endorse, and act on compliance directives, all legal requirements, internal regulations, company strategies as well as Takeda's corporate philosophy.
Support the Country Head to enable achievement of all country objectives related to the assigned BU therapeutic area.Accountabilities:Leadership responsibility for BU strategy and execution, account engagement, and partnering with patient/HCP strategy teams and medical functions.Fully responsible for the Onco BU strategic and financial results, including currently marketed products and any future products in this therapy area.Develop an Onco strategy in close cooperation with interdependent team members (medical communications, patient access, patient advocacy, account engagement, and patient/HCP strategy, business support, etc.)
as well as other supportive personnel.Responsible for building the account engagement capabilities of individual Key Account Managers as well as the organization as a whole.Ensure implementation of all truly cross-functional plans for the interdependent teams while working in close collaboration with Medical, Compliance, HR, and other relevant functions.Transform and communicate strategies into implementation plans with robust and effective tactics.
