Unit Head, Product Management (210002JP)

Facilitating the New Product Approval Process (NPAP) for both OBMB and OABB.
Managing activities in support of the New Product Approval Process (NPAP):

Guiding and coaching Product Developers and Functional Specialists on NPAP.
Provide knowledge sharing among cross-functional products and support units.
Making recommendations to NPAC and/or MOS Council on improvements of the process.
Monitoring the approval process.
Prepare monthly reports to various stakeholders.
Provide update to the Board of Directors on the products approved and ensure BNMs Attestation is carried out in a prompt manner to ensure compliance.
TCM system (NPAP approval platform): Administer the use and function of TCM.
Management of product templates.
Management of NPAP website.
Secretarial support to NPAC.
Products reviews monitoring.
Manage department compliance to ensure no breaches and completion of CSA and RCSA.
Ensure department staff are adequately trained on fraud awareness and to complete regulatory related trainings (i.e.
AML, FEA and Banking Secrecy) in a timely manner.
Prepare and monitor budget for own cost center.
Perform and monitor department administrative functions.

Possess initiative and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good organizational and analytical skills and able to multi-task.
Resourceful and have good problem handling abilities.
