Job Title: Unit Head, Product ManagementDescription:Lead the New Product Approval Process (NPAP) for OBMB and OABB.Oversee activities in support of NPAP:Mentor and coach Product Developers and Functional Specialists on NPAP best practices.Foster knowledge sharing among cross-functional products and support units.Provide recommendations to NPAC and MOS Council to improve the process.Monitor approval progress.Prepare regular reports for various stakeholders.Update the Board of Directors on approved products and ensure BNMs Attestation compliance.Manage TCM system (NPAP approval platform): Administer its use and function.Oversee product templates management.Maintain NPAP website.Provide secretarial support to NPAC.Monitor product reviews.E nsure department compliance with regulatory requirements.Adequately train staff on fraud awareness and complete regulatory-related training (AML, FEA, Banking Secrecy).Manage department budget and administrative functions.Key Responsibilities:Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Analyze data to inform business decisions.Budget planning and cost center management.Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct audits as needed.Requirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Initiative and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Excellent organizational and analytical skills.Resourceful problem-solving abilities.Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
