We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Trainee to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to launch their careers in human resources. As a HR Trainee, you will gain exposure to various HR functions,
including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive experience for new hires.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR practices and employee engagement.
- Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Engage with employees to assist with HR-related inquiries and promote a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or current students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and complementing HR initiatives.
- Must be willing to work in any timezone assigned especially US & Canada
