- Executing client engagements thatexceed expectations based on strong understanding of the client'sbusiness and their unique needs by :- Leading therequirements gathering process.- Developing andimplementing security software solutions and workflow plans alignedwith client business and securityobjectives.- Installing and / or configuringsecurity software solutions.- Development ofcustom reports, dashboards. alerts and scans to meet clientbusiness objectives.- Analysis scan results andunderstanding the risk and threat levels offindings.- Conducting security assessments andaudits.- Managing client expectations to enabletheir desiredoutcomes.- Assistingclients with upgrades and migration to new hardware or softwareversions.- Serve as technical architect ortechnical lead on internal operational support systemre-engineering projects or CRM design and deploymentprojects.- Serve as instructor to train clientstaff on products usage and bestpractices.- Contribute to the development andmaintenance of internal delivery methods andtools.- Developing and maintaining positiverelationships with clients.- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, orcomputer field or related work experienceequivalent.- 4+ years of experience in IT,security, risk management, or professionalservices.- In-depth knowledge of Microsoftcybersecurity tools.- In-depth knowledge ofnetworks, Linux / Unix and Windows administration, Active Directory,and system configuration.- Coding experience inPython or similar language. Use of APIs incode.- Outstanding written and verbalcommunication skills.- Understanding of securityprinciples, policies, and industry bestpractices.- Knowledge of ISO 27000 series, NISTSP800 series, CIS Controls,PCI.- Experience with using,customizing, and developing open-source securitytools.
