You will utilize your payroll functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with Honeywell business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize your Payroll expertise and social law related services in personal files and create a positive employee experienceContribution to the process of the monthly payroll to ensure compliance with social and fiscal regulationsEnsuring correct and timely payroll deliveryAttend to payroll specific queries from employeesStay up to date with local payroll regulationsWork in close collaboration with different departments and Business Units and payroll vendorBe the person of contact in relationship with thelabor and tax authoritiesLiaising with both internal and external stakeholders to manage the monthly Payroll closingSupporting with an automation project and supporting continuous improvement projects within PayrollPrepare various reporting activities as requiredMeeting the Honeywell payroll metrics targets (Net Pay Accuracy, Customer Effective Score and SLA for employee questions and requests)Identifying payroll errors, issues and fixing them by understanding the root cause**Requirements**:QUALIFICATIONS:YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldKnowledge of Belgium payroll policies and procedures, or similar relevant experienceExperience in Payroll Accounting between 2:5 years or moreFluency in English and Dutch (both written and spoken), (additionally French language will be an added advantage)WE VALUEAbility to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environmentProblem solving mindset and positive attitudeUnderstanding of legislation and complianceYou should have a high level of accuracy and attention to detailVersatile, flexible and adapt quickly to the latest guidelines/changesSelf:motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.**Benefits**:WE OFFERA culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovationMarket specific training and ongoing personal developmentCareer growth opportunities.Experienced leaders to support your professional development.International work environment.
