This role is responsible for the R&P receiving, storing and handling to guarantee continuity of the formulation and packaging operations as well as spare parts at the Plant, in compliance with inventory policy.One of the main responsibilities of this role is to ensure that the activities of the warehouse operations are executed according to our safety, quality and internal controls standards, and with the expected efficiency. The Plant Logistics Leader is responsible for the correct management of the resources to ensure all the objectives and KPIs of the warehouses are achieved.In this role, you will:Direct and coordinate activities relating to handling, storage, and distribution of materials and products in the plant. Provide technical support to distribution or manufacturing on material handling, material storage or usage.Coordinate with BU Supply Chain organization to ensure scheduling, high-moving materials' replenishment and material management activities for plant are complete.Coordinate FG / R&P / Spare parts inventory, inbound and outbound shipping/receiving/transportation activities in line with delivery schedule.Manage and own KPI's such as: provide input on Working Capital, Inventory Turns, Warehouse Capacity Utilization, Schedule Attainment. Owner of cycle counting for all locations and Inventory accuracy, Inventory adjustments. Budget management. Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures.Be accountable for Safety, Quality and Internal controls in the warehouse operation.Increase capability in the operations team. Ensure TRACC methodology is successfully implemented, and the basic tools are reapplied in the warehouse operation.Replacement of bulk products and bottles.Act as the control tower of the materials, follow up on arrivals, reception and internal management of materials.Direct and coordinate Copackers activities.What we look for:Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, or Electronics, Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields, or equivalent working experience.Over 3 years of experience in warehouse management within consumer goods companies.Proven leadership through influence at all levels and ability to work effectively in a participative, team-based environment.Experience with methodologies such as TPM, or similar.Proficiency in Power BI.Advanced English proficiency.We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
