Our Experience in Latin America
The Lima 2019 Pan American and Parapan American Games showed that true success, and a lasting impact, comes from collaboration between clients, advisors, and contractors. During this programme, our team introduced the NEC3 form of contract to the region, along with new methods of procurement and a 'one team' delivery approach, inspiring new ways of working and building stronger foundations for future success.
Through our role on the UK Delivery Team working with the Authority for Reconstruction with Changes, we help to provide critical infrastructure across Peru following the damage caused by El Niño in 2017.
The position allows us to oversee all the elements needed to successfully deliver a programme and to add maximum value by leveraging the existing strengths of the regional supply chains in combination with our international expertise.
