Key Responsibilities : 1. Carrying outtechnical compliance gap assessments / analyses across the relevantjurisdictions / markets in order to correctly advise the relevantteams on the implementation of technical solutions / products 2.
Reporting any identified technical compliance risks and gaps andproposing compliant technical solutions and driving theirimplementation 3.
Act as a point of contact with Accredited TestLabs and technical consultants and build strong workingrelationships 4. Supporting the Studio teams with the changemanagement procedures of the devices and hardware RNGs for theassigned markets 5.
Periodically revising policies / procedures withthe aim to identify potential risks and / or issues 6. Be a bridgebetween the compliance team and the technical teams 7.
Translateregulatory requirements into understandable technical language fordevelopers 8. Undertake ongoing quarterly and annual technicalaudits with regulatory bodies 9.
Perform detailed analysis ofcurrent products with new or amended regulatory requirements toensure ongoing regulatory compliance Qualifications and Experience : 1.
Online gaming experience (B2B or B2C) 2. Regulated marketexperience (e.g. UK, Denmark, Spain) 3. Experience interpreting andadvising on technical regulations, requirements, and standardsacross relevant jurisdictions / markets 4.
Clear communicator(written and verbal) 5. Highly organised and proactive 6.Experience and knowledge of Change Management systems,requirements, and reporting obligations in multiple regulatedmarkets 7.
Experience interacting with Regulators if / where requiredon technical compliance matters including producing reports forregulators as may be required 8.
