Make it your story.This position reports toEL Product Marketing ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support the Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid. This role is contributing to the Electrification business area in Lima, Perú. You will be mainly accountable for:Implementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.Focusing on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS).Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups.Developing business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market.Qualifications for the roleYou are highly skilled in digital solutions portfolio, accessories for digital solutions in the industry market.Ability to demonstrate your experience in SCADA Systems, BMS, digital substations, and management and handling of product portfolio.You have 8 years of experience in related positions.Possess enhanced knowledge of the market and customers in industry, Utilities/EPC/Equipment distributors, in IEC61850, Modbus, DNP3 protocol, IEC-60870-104, and protection relays.You are passionate about communication, flexibility, leadership, teamwork, proactive, orderly and methodical, negotiation, and customer orientation.Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or similar.You are at ease communicating in English at an intermediate level.What's in it for you?Evolve in your career: through trainings and our Open Job Market, your career development continues!Play a part in anticipating, sensing, and responding to technology trends.Work in a company with a strong technology legacy and deeply rooted in local communities.More about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
