As the initial point of contact for our customers, you will serve as a trusted advisor.
The Role
- Serve as the primary liaison between shippers and carriers, optimizing logistics solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and enhance existing client relationships.
- Negotiate terms and rates with carriers, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance.
- Coordinate the scheduling and tracking of freight, managing all logistics from initiation to delivery.
- Handle documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Utilize technology platforms such as HubSpot, Slack, and Rose Rocket for streamlined operations.
- Maintain an active presence on LinkedIn to engage with industry peers and promote our services.

Ideal Profile
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of freight broker laws and regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in freight brokerage, with knowledge of FTL and LTL shipments.
- Experience in logistics for cold storage or refrigerated goods is advantageous.
- Proficient in logistics software, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
