Growth Head, Trading

We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of a Growth Head (Trading).

In this role, you will:

1. Manage operations for copy-trading and strategy-driven trading products, managing user interactions, events operations, and achieving key business performance indicators.
2. Organize, promote, and implement initiatives for both copy-trading and strategy products, supporting overall product and strategies.
3. Develop growth and improvement strategies for copy-trading and strategy products by analyzing data, gathering user insights, and monitoring market trends.
4.
Collaborate closely with the product development team to establish product requirements aligned with business objectives and ensure smooth coordination for timely product launches.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in consumer (C-end) product operations, with successful experience in product operations, product strategy, and event management.
3. Passion for the cryptocurrency industry, with relevant industry experience preferred.
4. Excellent logical reasoning skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration across teams with proven leadership experience.
5. A proactive, responsible attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
