The Job

What You'll Do :

- Reviewing and analyzing data from TimeDoctor or Hubstaff (or similar tools), ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handling Payroll with precision our team relies on you to get it right.
- Serving as the administrator of our HR department, managing day-to-day operations to keep everything moving smoothly.
- Keeping a close eye on our Monitoring Management System, ensuring that deadlines are met and standards are maintained.
- Communicating clearly in a remote work environment, keeping everyone connected and on the same page.

The Profile

What You Bring :


- Experience in Quality Analysis you're able to spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Familiarity with remote work tools like TimeDoctor, Hubstaff, or similar time-tracking systems.
- A background in Payroll you know how to make numbers work.
- A calm, level-headed approach to problem-solving. You're steady under pressure, and others can rely on you to stay focused.
- Strong communication skills, especially in a remote work setting where clarity is key.
