Kristen Ludgate, senior vice president of Human Resources at 3M.The Impact You'll Make in this Role:The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects and reporting the status of project execution to various stakeholders. Activities performed include risk management, compliance management, change control management, data governance, security, strategic communication, budget planning, data analytics, and systems integration. The IT Project Manager will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle while working within budget, resource, and schedule constraints. The person in this role will mentor cross-functional teams in using the Agile development methodology to deliver anticipated business value from projects on time and within budget.Here, you will make an impact by:Managing delivery of small and large projects within the 3M IT organization.Reporting the status of the program to various audiences (e.g., IT, Business, Executive).Coordinating activities across multiple teams including business, IT, and external suppliers to build integrated project and program plans.Providing weekly detailed management reporting.Driving adoption and use of the Agile methodology on projects including mentoring project team members on the methodology and managing Agile ceremonies.Managing the demand backlog and project instances within Jira including creating project reports and dashboards.Working collaboratively both within 3M and with our external suppliers.Identifying and managing key risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies and taking action and/or decisions.Ensuring alignment across all workstreams to project plan.In-depth planning of complex legacy systems integrations to work with new technology platforms.Planning and management of schedules for data migrations from on-prem legacy systems to new cloud systems.Understanding all aspects of the software development lifecycle.Demonstrated results managing various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Lean/Six Sigma Green belt (or other process improvement disciplines).Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across technical and senior operational management audiences.Experience in an Oracle EBS environment.Healthcare Order to Cash experience (preferred).Agile methodologies.Ability to identify/mitigate risk while pushing team effort towards a collective timeline.Familiar with various IT and PM tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheets, etc.).Experience in one or more of the following areas: UI/UX Design and Development, EAI / API integration using tools like Mulesoft and/or Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle EBS, PL/SQL, Data Analysis and Engineering, Cloud (AWS/Azure), SaaS / PaaS Support and Engineering, CI/CD, Content management systems (CMS).Our offer:Attractive compensation.Private medical care.Life insurance.Retirement scheme.Multisport card.Opportunity to work globally as part of an international organization.Work in a dynamic, respectful, inclusive, and friendly environment with an open-door policy.A unique organizational culture focused on collaboration and problem solving.Professional training and onboarding package.Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
