This Senior Partner Account Manager (SPAM) position will identify, recruit, enable, and manage a partner eco-system within Mexico, and Central America region.
Their focus will be managing and growing our existing Resellers, Distributors and Consultant Partnerships, driving both recurring and new business revenue growth, exceeding sales goals and identifying and fostering new partnerships.
They will manage the regional partner eco-system to align and be in full support of Minitab's global go-to-market plans.
In addition, the SPAM will be driving the necessary partner enablement programs along with the development and execution of annual partner business development plans.
They will provide sales support on sales opportunities,
understand and track business pipelines and leverage the partner customer base for Minitab's products, solutions and services.
Experience :
10+ years of indirect channel business development experience within enterprise software markets required with average annual partner revenue targets >
1M USD.
- Consistent achievement of 100%+ revenue and sourced pipeline quotas.
- Multi-channel experience and experience working collaboratively with internal direct sales and services team along with partner to close deals is strongly desired.
- Business Intelligence, Statistical Analytics, manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
- Must be fluently bilingual (written and spoken) in Spanish / English Must be able to travel up to 50% internationally and hold a valid US passport
Education :
- Bachelor's degree required.
- General familiarity with structured value based and / or consultative selling methodologies and processes required.
This is a remote position, and can be based Texas, Florida, California or Arizona.
