About this opportunity! : We are now looking for Technical & Solution Sales Support in LatAm, who will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will be able to attract profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals. This is a magnificent opportunity to drive a techno-commercial approach to the KAM organization, providing strong value argumentation for product positioning and network evolution strategy!
What you will do
- Communicate and discuss Ericsson's technology strategy and vision with customer CTO/CIO and direct reports.
- Take lead in defining RAN automation strategies and evolution plans for the market area addressing key customer asks.
- Provide sales support expertise, conduct in-depth technical discussions, propose solutions covering business requirements.
- Closely collaborate with Solution Area, Product development, and customer.
You will bring
- Bachelor in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics or related. (MBA would be outstanding!).
- Excellent understanding of Radio portfolio and a validated track in Transmission (IP & MW), Optimization, and Managed Services.
- Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding of Network Infrastructure.
- Thorough knowledge in Networks, Transmission, Network Management Systems, Optimize and MS (Cloud & Digital Services is a plus).
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is a must.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are key.
The position requires availability to travel between 10% and 25% of the time.
